Within the app, you will find the following features:

• Real-time access to appointments, including statuses and released report information. To use this feature, you must have had at least one consultation at Hcor.
• Ability to confirm or cancel exam and consultation appointments.
• Check-in: conveniently send your procedure documents in advance without the need to physically be at the hospital initially.
• Check-in is also available for laboratory tests that do not require scheduling.
• Notifications: we help you remember any appointments! Receive notifications when a consultation or exam is approaching or after performing check-in.
• Private services: maintain control by accessing the detailed total amount and itemized list of charges on your account.

• Appointment scheduling functionality is currently not available in the app. To schedule consultations or exams, contact Hcor's appointment center at (11) 3889-3939.
• Access the app using data such as CPF, date of birth, and a token number sent via email or SMS registered during your first consultation at Hcor.
